TIGOSE Founder Michael Scott was at Beaulieu recently to discuss the benefits of bespoke apprenticeship schemes in the classic car industry.
Automotive museums, necessarily, have their own workshop, whose main purpose is to maintain and restore the historic vehicles on show. As it is often the case, manpower in workshops may be extremely experienced, but not very young. It is a general concern that specific, rare skills should be taught to the new generation of classic car enthusiasts who wish to embark on a career in our industry.
No other scheme offers the breadth and width of knowledge and training, in the UK, like TIGOSE’s Apprenticeship Programme. We wish to offer our support and advice to ensure a bright future for the classic car industry.
