RS Williams: TIGOSE visit, March 2015

TIGOSE-organised next visit, open to TIGOSE Members (and nominated guests) only, is to Richard Stewart Williams Limited.

This networking event is packed full with interesting elements to the visit:

10.30am Members arrive for coffee and biscuits, and to register – networking opportunity not to be missed
11.00am Welcome speech from Richard Williams
11.30am Tour of workshop – note to TIGOSE PR Angie Voluti: do NOT lift covers off confidential projects

After the tour, Members will be treated to a Prosecco Reception in the showroom, hosted by TIGOSE Preferred Partner Dino Khan of Khan Thornton, which includes a short presentation.

Khan Thornton are business advisers specialising in the motor trade.

In his informal presentation, Dino Khan will explain:

The benefits of R&D tax relief. Khan Thornton has been able to get tax rebates for a variety of activities, from software development to product design, product testing and market research. Work is conducted on a “no win, no fee” basis but businesses’ unawareness of this opportunity means that this avenue is rarely explored.

Auto enrolment. Even seasoned businesspeople panic about what is comprehensively perceived as ‘ accounts’. Khan Thornton’s specialty is in advising motor trade businesses (specialists, restorers, engineering companies and dealers) and taking care of payroll. In the light of the current changes in legislation and the necessity to provide one’s employees with a workplace pension, casting some light over substantial confusion over auto enrolment and deadlines may be of help.

Dino will be happy to answer any questions you may have on these matters, so let us know in advance if you have any specific queries.
